Can volunteers do an NVQ?

What are the requirements for NVQ training? We have a volunteer who is interested in doing an NVQ but we're not sure if voluntary work counts for the NVQ or if it has to be paid work?

Your volunteer should be able to do their Construction NVQ as they will be able to satisfy the criteria for the qualification while they work in their role.
